About The Position

Jerry.ai is seeking a Senior Manager, BizOps & Strategy to own new business ventures from inception to scale. This role involves hands-on experience in market analysis, product development, go-to-market strategy, experimentation, and team building. The position is divided into two phases: the first few months will involve onboarding onto existing product teams to learn product development processes, customer research, specification writing, engineering collaboration, prototyping, experimentation, and data analysis. The second phase involves taking a new business vertical from concept to a revenue-generating product, including incubation, product launch, iteration, and team hiring for scaling.

Requirements

5+ years experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, high-growth startup or equivalent.
Track record of independently owning ambiguous problems and delivering outcomes.
Strong analytical skills; comfortable running data analysis in SQL, Excel or Python.
Experience juggling multiple complex work streams without letting anything drop.
Comfort and ability to interface with executive stakeholders on a daily basis.
