The Senior Manager of Assortment Insights supports Merchandising in the effort to deliver value-driven assortments for every customer, tailored and localized to their communities and space, available through their preferred channels via seamless omnichannel assortment experience. Merchandising Ops touches all aspects of Merchandising, whether it’s managing a budget, replenishing product, developing mods, reviewing performance, or building strategy. This role advances assortment localization at scale, closes assortment gaps to improve assortment coverage and market share, strategically optimizes category space and flow, curates in store and online experiences that drive frequency, loyalty and basket expansion, enables faster fulfillment through assortment design, and scales decision quality through the use of AI.
