The Senior Manager of Assortment Insights supports Merchandising in the effort to deliver value-driven assortments for every customer, tailored and localized to their communities and space, available through their preferred channels via seamless omnichannel assortment experience. Merchandising Ops touches all aspects of Merchandising, whether it’s managing a budget, replenishing product, developing mods, reviewing performance, or building strategy. This role will advance assortment localization at scale, close assortment gaps to improve assortment coverage and market share, strategically optimize category space and flow, curate in store and online experiences that drive frequency, loyalty and basket expansion, enable faster fulfillment through assortment design, and scale decision quality through the use of AI.
