About The Position

The Senior Manager, Assortment Activation, leads the strategic planning and execution of modular and relay initiatives to ensure alignment with enterprise objectives. Focused on continuous improvement, the team leverages data and digital tools to enhance effectiveness. Members contribute to operational excellence by coordinating resources and processes while maintaining integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction, driving business goals through focused and well-organized efforts.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in strategic planning, execution leadership, and risk management within complex business environments.
  • Proven ability to manage portfolios and resources effectively, balancing capacity to meet dynamic business needs.
  • Expertise in process optimization and operational excellence, with a focus on institutionalizing best practices and quality standards.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, enabling alignment between insights, merchant teams, and leadership.
  • Demonstrated talent development and mentoring capabilities to build high-performing teams and future leaders.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and KPI design to measure progress and drive continuous improvement.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, merchandising, operations, or related area and 5 years’ experience in retail operations, merchandising, or modular execution, including 2 years’ experience leading teams or cross-functional programs.
  • OR 7 years’ progressive experience in retail operations, merchandising, or modular execution, with demonstrated leadership of large-scale relay/mod initiatives.
