As the Senior Manager, Architecture & Design Sales, you will lead the strategy and execution of architectural engagement across all Outdoors brands. In this highly visible role, you will help grow specification opportunities, expand strategic customer relationships, and increase brand presence within the architectural and design community across commercial and residential markets. A key focus of this role will be supporting the Manifest Collective portfolio, which includes our Solar Innovations, Fiberon, Therma-Tru, Larson, and Fypon brands, by creating a unified strategy that strengthens engagement with architects, designers, and specification partners nationwide. This role is ideal for a relationship-oriented sales leader who enjoys balancing strategic thinking with hands-on customer engagement. You will help shape and grow the Architecture & Design Sales function by building strong partnerships, developing scalable processes, and creating a cohesive approach across the Outdoors division. The ideal candidate brings extensive experience working within the A&D channel, a strong understanding of specification-driven sales, and established industry relationships that can help expand market opportunities and long-term partnerships.
