About The Position

The Pricing Capabilities organization builds and scales the technology and operating mechanisms that enable data-driven pricing decisions and operational excellence. Tech Enablement is responsible for translating business needs into clear requirements, accelerating technology delivery across pricing pillars, and partnering with Data and Automation/RPA to validate solutions and close capability gaps. As a Senior Manager, Tech Enablement (Pricing Capabilities), you will lead the operating model that turns pricing needs into executable work—owning (or co-owning) the intake and prioritization mechanism, setting the bar for requirement quality, and driving portfolio-level alignment across business and technology leaders. You will build a high-performing team and ensure the organization consistently delivers the highest-value work with transparency, speed, and accountability. This role enables delivery by creating clarity, alignment, and readiness. You will partner with Product/Engineering leaders who own build, deploy, and sustainment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or related field and 4 years' experience in data analytics or related field OR 6 years' experience in data analytics or related field.
  • Strong track record building/operating intake + prioritization mechanisms that create transparency, speed, and alignment.
  • Can translate strategy into a focused portfolio of work and drive senior stakeholder decisions through clear options and trade-offs.
  • Exceptional at influence without authority across Business, Product, Engineering, Data, and Automation/RPA.
  • High standards for requirement clarity and quality, and can coach others to meet that bar.
  • Combine structured thinking with pragmatic execution—moving work forward even amid ambiguity.

Nice To Haves

  • Certificate in business analytics, data mining, or statistical analysis
  • Statistical programming languages (for example, SAS, R)
  • Masters: Business Administration
  • Masters: Information Systems
  • Masters: Statistics

Responsibilities

  • Own and run the intake pipeline for new pricing capability ideas—ensuring requests are outcome-based, scoped appropriately, and tied to business impact.
  • Lead prioritization activities to stack-rank work and maintain a transparent “in vs. out” view for stakeholders.
  • Drive cross-functional decision-making by facilitating prioritization forums and ensuring stakeholder alignment on what will be delivered, when, and why.
  • Align Tech Enablement work with Product roadmaps and business priorities; identify gaps, overlaps, and dependency risks.
  • Establish success metrics and governance routines that improve throughput, reduce decision latency, and increase predictability.
  • Escalate and resolve cross-team blockers with a bias for action and clear communication.
  • Set the standard for BRDs and requirement readiness (templates, definition of ready, documentation hygiene, decision logs).
  • Lead complex requirement discovery efforts across multiple pillars/capabilities and ensure consistent quality across your team’s outputs.
  • Drive trade-off conversations by clearly articulating options, impacts, and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
  • Partner with Automation/RPA and Data teams to test bold ideas quickly, validate value, and reveal future capability gaps.
  • Ensure prototype learnings are translated into clear requirements and scalable, roadmap-aligned solutions rather than one-off tooling.
  • Support implementation planning, governance expectations, and change impacts to drive successful adoption.
  • Lead, mentor, and coach a team of Tech Enablement associates/managers; build a culture of accountability, clarity, and collaboration.
  • Identify skill gaps and create development plans that grow future capability (requirements, influence, domain knowledge, operating rigor).
  • Promote an inclusive, high-performing team environment with clear expectations and strong feedback loops.
  • Continuously improve operating rhythms and artifacts (intake hygiene, prioritization, stakeholder communications, measurement).
  • Champion customer-centricity, learning, and adaptability across the portfolio.
