This role sits within the Inbound Flow organization in the Supply Chain function and is responsible for driving data-driven initiatives that ensure efficient product flow from suppliers into distribution centers. The Inbound Flow operates across three core pillars: Inbound Supplier Optimization – improving supplier ordering processes and upstream efficiency; Distribution Center (DC) Inbound Operations – yard management and trailer prioritization, appointment scheduling, E2E Fill Rate, Lead Time management; DC Flow Optimization – Determining the optimal channel, at the right EOQ, flowing through the correct supply chain network, while considering space within our buildings. This position is highly technical and data-focused, with a primary emphasis on data flow, analytics, and system optimization within the inbound supply chain network. The role will focus on driving initiatives within the Inbound Supplier optimization space, improving the existing flow path optimization solution (algorithm optimizes orders for hundreds of suppliers), as well driving smoothing initiatives to optimize capacity. This is a highly visible, high-impact initiative centered on transforming inventory flow through advanced automation and data-driven decisioning. This is an individual contributor role (no direct reports) within a team of ~13, requiring strong cross-functional influence across business, supply chain, and engineering stakeholders.
