About The Position

The Senior Manager, Accounting will serve as the senior-most accounting professional at LinkSquares and a central partner across the entire organization. You will ensure the integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of our financial records while serving as the internal architect of our financial tech stack. This is a high-visibility role with direct executive exposure and a seat at the table for strategic, cross-functional decisions that shape our future.

Requirements

  • 8–12 years of accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity—ideally within the B2B SaaS or high-growth tech space.
  • Deep knowledge of US GAAP, specifically the hands-on application of ASC 606 and ASC 842. A CPA is strongly preferred.
  • Strong proficiency as a NetSuite system owner; experience with SuiteBilling is a significant plus.
  • A proven track record of leading annual financial statement audits and managing external tax engagements.
  • A genuine interest in leveraging AI tooling to streamline finance operations. We don't expect you to have built an AI stack, but we want you to be excited about extending ours.
  • The ability to translate complex technical accounting into plain language for non-financial partners and build strong cross-functional relationships.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with SuiteBilling

Responsibilities

  • Lead the full-cycle operational accounting function, including the monthly close, annual audits, and the maintenance of a mature library of reconciliations and internal controls.
  • Drive our "AI-in-accounting" strategy, building upon existing workflows (such as Claude–NetSuite integrations) to raise the bar on automation, accuracy, and analyst leverage.
  • Lead annual financial statement audits with our Big 4 partner and coordinate federal/multi-state tax filings with external advisors to ensure full corporate compliance.
  • Act as the internal expert on technical matters, authoring memos, adopting new guidance, and supporting 409(a) valuations.
  • Collaborate with Sales and RevOps on complex contract structures and ASC 606 revenue recognition to ensure scalable application across our customer base.
  • Own the financial tech stack (starting with NetSuite), managing integrated data flows from multiple tools and evolving our SOX-aligned control environment.
  • Manage corporate banking relationships, monitor cash flow and runway, and oversee corporate expense policies.
