The City is seeking a strategic, proactive, and collaborative Senior Management Analyst to support the City's Economic Development Program, including business attraction, retention and expansion, and hospitality and tourism initiatives that strengthen the local economy and enhance community vitality. This position conducts economic research, develops and implements programs and strategies, coordinates special projects and events, and collaborates with businesses, developers, and community stakeholders to advance the City's economic development goals. The ideal candidate is an analytical problem-solver with exceptional project management and communication skills, a strong ability to build productive relationships with a wide range of public and private partners, and a demonstrated ability to identify opportunities, manage competing priorities, and deliver results.
