About The Position

This role is for a Senior Mainframe Systems Programmer / Infrastructure Engineer. The position requires strong hands-on experience with IBM z/OS / MVS Systems Programming, including software installation, maintenance, upgrades, and support using SMP/E. The candidate will be responsible for mainframe software installation and administration, working with JCL and ISPF/TSO, and managing VTAM and TCP/IP. Experience with IBM Connect, CA Session Manager, and CA Spool is also required. A deep understanding of mainframe systems infrastructure, architecture, and design is essential. Familiarity with BMC AMI tools such as AMI OPS Automation, AMI OPS Monitors, or AMI Output Management is expected. The role also demands technical leadership, project/program management, and effective stakeholder communication.
