About The Position

We're looking for a Mainframe Programmer who thrives in a dynamic support environment and enjoys solving complex business and technical challenges.

3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in Mainframe technologies.
Solid experience working with Mainframe systems, including day-to-day support and operational activities.
Strong working knowledge of COBOL with the ability to analyze, troubleshoot, support, and maintain applications.
Experience with DB2 databases, including data analysis, query execution, issue investigation, and production support.
Ability to understand business workflows, support critical business processes, and ensure seamless application performance.

Exposure to .NET-supported environments is beneficial.
Experience within the Manufacturing industry will be a significant advantage.
Familiarity with manufacturing operations, process flows, and enterprise systems.

Support and maintain business-critical Mainframe applications.
Troubleshoot production issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational excellence.
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand workflows and provide effective system support.
Ensure the stability, reliability, and performance of applications and databases that drive core business functions.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives while helping keep mission-critical operations running smoothly.
