Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read production instructions, quality specifications, and safety documents.
- Must be able to work a rotating 12-hour shift.
Nice To Haves
- Manufacturing or textile experience preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Supporting weaving operations by ensuring continuous machine performance, material flow, and product quality.
- Performing machine troubleshooting, material handling, and break repair while maintaining safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
- Providing operational support and coverage for weavers as needed.
