Machine Operator – Hand Assembly and Repair
About The Position
Oakwood Veneer Company is hiring a full-time Machine Operator / Hand Assembly and Veneer Repair Associate for our first-shift manufacturing team in Troy, Michigan. This is a steady full-time production position in a clean manufacturing facility with no nights or mandatory weekends. We are looking for dependable individuals who enjoy hands-on work, detailed assembly tasks, and working in a production environment. This manufacturing and assembly position is ideal for candidates with experience in machine operation, hand assembly, production work, warehouse manufacturing, woodworking, repair work, or general labor. No previous veneer experience is required, and paid training is provided.
Requirements
- Comfortable performing repetitive assembly and hand repair work
- Ability to work with small hand tools and detailed materials
- Strong attendance and reliability
- Ability to stand and use hands for extended periods
- Willingness to learn and follow quality standards
