About The Position

Pipeline is hiring a Senior Machine Design Engineer to design custom equipment, fixtures, and machines. The role uses SolidWorks and requires working knowledge of motion-control and automation hardware, as well as familiarity with automation-hardware suppliers. The engineer will perform basic engineering analyses, build and test prototypes, contribute to project-specific R&D, and create manufacturing drawings and reports. The work includes design reviews and meetings with customers, vendors, and Pipeline team members. The new team member will work from Pipeline’s Tempe office, remotely from a home office, or in a combination of both, depending on assigned projects. Applicants must reside within the Phoenix valley. The listed schedule is 8 a.m.–5 p.m., Monday through Friday. Candidates must complete and return the questionnaire and engineering exercises to be considered; approved candidates will then be scheduled for an interview.
