RP is seeking an experienced professional to help meet and exceed customer needs as a Senior Loan Specialist.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field
- 7+ years of experience in loan servicing, loan processing or financial operations
- Experience in major enterprise operating environment
- Broad knowledge of information operating systems
- Proficiency with MS Office tools
- The ability to work for any US employer without requiring sponsorship
- Knowledge in supporting budgeting and capital planning
Nice To Haves
- Advanced degree and/or certifications preferred
- Knowledge of principles, practices and functions related to capital access for American small businesses
- Experience in developing operating policies, procedures and guidelines
- Demonstrated initiative in devising new plans for improving business processes and program operations
- Strong oral and written communication skills
Responsibilities
- Process complex loan servicing and liquidation actions through risk analysis and historical data evaluation
- Conduct financial analysis on distressed loans and determine best course of action to maximize recovery
- Perform portfolio analysis to determine compliance with organizational procedures, applicable laws, and regulations
- Coordinate and track multiple projects involving loan collateral disposition
- Prepare and present reports to senior management
- Other duties as assigned
