Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Must pass drug screen, criminal and credit background checks.
  • Valid Driver’s License and access to a dependable automobile with liability insurance coverage.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in Sales, Collections, or Customer Service, ideally in a goal-driven or commission-based environment.
  • Bilingual (Spanish).

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales performance by efficiently managing a dynamic workflow and meeting productivity targets, ensuring timely, high‑quality service.
  • Consistently exceed customer expectations by delivering ease, empathy, and encouragement—contributing directly to individual and branch revenue, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, guiding them through the loan lifecycle and presenting tailored financial solutions that support both customer needs and sales objectives.
  • Own the full loan lifecycle, including repayment and collection activities, while maintaining accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence.
  • Engage customers across multiple channels—phone, email, chat, and internal systems—to maximize outreach, connection, and sales opportunities.
  • Demonstrate a goal-driven, achievement-focused mindset, consistently striving to exceed performance metrics and contribute to branch growth.
  • Clearly educate customers on optional insurance products, ensuring they fully understand loan terms, features, and available benefits, supporting cross-sell and product penetration goals.
