About The Position

Builder Finance Inc. (BFI) is a growing lender to homebuilders and housing investors, offering coast-to-coast lending programs. This position will focus on DSCR originations, serving as the front line for investors, brokers, property managers, realtors, and other sources. The role requires a self-motivated and entrepreneurial individual. BFI is a direct lender with a flexible and low-cost balance sheet, providing a competitive advantage. Originators will have institutional support, including closing personnel, and potentially underwriting, marketing, and IT resources based on success. Ongoing performance, including meeting origination targets and maintaining accurate CRM information, is required.

Requirements

• Experience in DSCR originations is required.
• Self-motivated and entrepreneurial.
• Must be able to meet minimum origination targets.
• Must avoid meaningful client or loan buyer issues.
• Must maintain accurate, up-to-date information in the HubSpot CRM.
