Senior Living Sales Manager
About The Position
Brookdale is hiring a Sales Manager to guide older adults and their families through the senior living sales journey, from initial interest to move-in. The role involves working both inside and outside the community, building referral relationships with local professionals and organizations, and partnering with community leadership to develop and execute sales and marketing plans that meet or exceed revenue and occupancy goals. The position offers onboarding, coaching, continuing education, customized marketing tools, and opportunities for career development. The role is eligible for monthly and quarterly commission opportunities, and successful sales managers may qualify for high-performance club membership and bonus opportunities.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred; an equivalent combination of experience and education is required.
- Valid driver’s license.
- At least 2 years of relevant and recent sales experience.
- Strong working knowledge of technology, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and experience with electronic documentation.

Responsibilities
- Guide older adults and their families through the sales process from interest to move-in.
- Work with local professionals and volunteers to generate referral leads from medical, financial, and legal professionals, religious leaders, local businesses, and organizations.
- Partner with leadership to develop and execute sales and marketing plans to meet or exceed community revenue and occupancy goals.
