About The Position
Saga Senior Living is hiring a Sales Assistant at Tarina of Kingwood, our assisted living and memory care community. As our Senior Living Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in connecting prospective residents and families with the care, support, and lifestyle they need while helping the community achieve occupancy goals.
Requirements
- 1 year of senior living sales or related experience required
- High school diploma or GED required
- At least 18 years old
- Applicants for this position must be able to produce a negative drug test.
- Applicants may be subject to a background check.
Responsibilities
- Guide prospective residents and families through the decision-making process from initial inquiry through move-in
- Conduct personalized community tours and follow-up outreach to build relationships and convert leads into residents
- Develop and maintain referral partnerships with healthcare professionals, community organizations, and local businesses
- Assist planning and participate in networking opportunities, educational events, and outreach initiatives to increase community visibility
- Track sales activity, lead progression, and occupancy goals using CRM and reporting tools
- Collaborate with community leadership to ensure a seamless and welcoming resident onboarding experience
