About The Position
Nelson Mullins is seeking a Litigation Attorney to join its litigation group in the Berwyn office. The role offers a lateral associate an opportunity to join a dynamic team in a growing location at an AmLaw 100 firm. The litigation team has substantial courtroom experience at the state and federal levels and practices in commercial litigation, class actions and mass torts, and product liability. Candidates must submit a cover letter, resume, and law school transcript.
Requirements
- Two to six years of meaningful litigation experience.
- Experience trying product liability and/or complex litigation cases in state and federal courts.
- Exceptional oral and written advocacy skills.
- Strong academic credentials.
- Adept at case management and ready to take the lead.
- Admitted in good standing to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
- Submit a cover letter, resume, and law school transcript.
