Senior Commercial Litigation Associate/ Counsel
About The Position
Nelson Mullins is seeking a Litigation Attorney to join its commercial litigation group in the Miami office. This opportunity is intended for a lateral attorney joining a dynamic office at an AmLaw 100 firm. The attorney will work with a highly skilled team with substantial courtroom experience in state and federal courts. The Miami office has more than 30 attorneys working across a diverse range of practice areas, including litigation, estate planning, taxation, healthcare, real estate, corporate and securities, and infrastructure. The office serves clients in Florida, the Caribbean, and Central and South America. Candidates are asked to submit a cover letter, resume, and copy of their law school transcript.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of meaningful commercial litigation experience.
- Admission to the Florida Bar in good standing.
- Strong written and oral advocacy skills.
- Experience taking and defending depositions.
Nice To Haves
- Experience litigating in both federal and state courts.
Responsibilities
