About The Position

Nelson Mullins is seeking a Litigation Attorney to join its litigation group in the Berwyn office. This opportunity is for a lateral associate joining a dynamic team at a growing location of an AmLaw 100 firm. The litigation team has substantial courtroom experience at the state and federal levels and practices in commercial litigation, class actions/mass torts, and product liability. Candidates must submit a cover letter, resume, and law school transcript.

Requirements

• Two to six years of meaningful litigation experience.
• Experience trying product liability and/or complex litigation cases in state and federal courts.
• Exceptional oral and written advocacy skills.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Ability in case management and readiness to take the lead.
• Admission in good standing to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

Nice To Haves

• Admission to practice in New York.
