Amazon Leo is an initiative to increase global broadband access through a constellation of satellites in low Earth orbit (LEO). Amazon Leo will help close the digital divide by delivering fast, affordable broadband to a wide range of customers, including consumers, businesses, government agencies, and other organizations operating in places without reliable connectivity. The Amazon Leo North America Consumer team is looking for a talented Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own lifecycle marketing across the US, Canada, and Mexico subscriber base. This role is responsible for building proactive communications from day zero through the full subscriber journey, ensuring customers activate successfully, adopt key features, and receive timely engagement before they become at-risk. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle marketing strategy, designing and executing automated programs that drive activation, engagement, and early intervention across email, push, in-app, and outbound channels. You will work closely with Retention, Revenue Growth, Reactivation, Product Marketing, Brand Marketing, Customer Service, and Analytics to ensure lifecycle communications are coordinated across all customer touchpoints. A successful candidate will be both creative and analytical, with deep experience building automated lifecycle marketing programs for subscription businesses. We are looking for someone customer obsessed with a proven track record of improving activation rates, reducing early-tenure churn through proactive engagement, and driving measurable subscriber outcomes through communications strategy. You will be a self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
