  • Utilize Amplitude (or similar product analytics tools) to self-serve insights, synthesize learnings into testable hypotheses, and apply propensity models and behavioral segmentation for targeted messaging.
  • Manage lifecycle marketing as a compounding experimentation program, ensuring every test has a clear hypothesis, a robust measurement design (A/B, holdout, or validation test), and documented outcomes that inform future iterations.
  • Execute high-velocity testing across email, push, and in-app messaging using Braze.
  • Scale personalized messaging to help users reach their 'aha' moment faster, leading to confident conversion.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and BI teams to define events and attributes that enable personalization within Braze.
  • Self-serve experiment analysis and results readouts, communicating outcomes, including null results and caveats, to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Work cross-functionally with finance, brand and growth marketing, and the Hunt vertical creative team to align lifecycle programs with revenue goals, campaign windows, and creative standards.
  • Build creative briefs and lightweight assets in Figma.
