About The Position

This role is for a Life Senior Sales Consultant who enjoys talking to people and making a difference in their lives. As a Senior Life Insurance Consultant, you will be developing relationships through marketing, joint field work, and training producers on RBC Insurance’s Life products. Your assigned territory for this role would be South West Ontario, Kitchener, Waterloo as well as select accounts in the GTA and Northern Ontario. By achieving growth targets within your assigned territory, you will enjoy the benefits of a high earning potential.

Requirements

  • Professional sales experience that demonstrates a hunger and passion achieved through opportunity spotting, cross-selling, and meeting/exceeding targets.
  • A talent for listening, establishing trust with prospects, a dedication to finding the right solutions for clients.
  • An existing network of referrals and/or centres of influence.
  • A flair for building relationships and a strong work ethic.
  • A LLQP (Life License) and a University degree or equivalent.
  • Life Sales experience.
  • Valid driver’s license and owning a vehicle.
  • Capability of travelling for business (within territory and in other provinces).

Nice To Haves

  • Extensive knowledge of the Life market and MGA model.
  • Professional Designation in Financial Planning (CFP, CLU).
