As a Senior Liability Examiner, you’ll deliver top quality claim service and anticipate client needs by building strong and authentic relationships, using your liability claims expertise to manage complex losses, collaborate with stakeholders, and deliver outcomes aligned with policy and client expectations. This is a fully remote position. Successful candidates must have the ability to obtain adjusting licenses in various provinces.

Requirements

• Solid background handling property and casualty claims, with significant experience managing complex, high-severity liability claims from investigation through resolution.
• Minimum of 10 years of multi-line claims handling experience along with a CIP or FCIP designation.
• Proven track record of directing Independent Adjusters and Legal Counsel on the investigation, negotiation and settlement of claims.
• Ability to be calm, maintain positive relationships, and communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical & organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience dealing with Lloyd’s Underwriters.
• Ability to obtain adjusting licenses in various provinces.
