Legal Group, you will work with Apple’s engineering, operations, and marketing
teams to help create and introduce Apple products to the world. With passion,
dedication, and a desire to tackle complex challenges, you will play a crucial
role in providing the legal support needed for Apple to continue building
cutting-edge technologies.

You will join a team of attorneys in the Product & Regulatory Legal Group who
advise engineering and operations teams on a wide variety of matters, including
technology development, intellectual property licenses, strategic partnerships,
and supplier relationships. You will collaborate with other legal groups and
cross-functional business teams to strategize, draft, and negotiate technology
licenses, development agreements, supply and manufacturing agreements, and other
commercial contracts—with a focus on nascent technologies and innovative
solutions. You will also advise Apple management on risk allocation and
mitigation, business strategies, and policies, particularly as they relate to
the unique challenges and opportunities presented by emerging technologies.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience drafting and negotiating technology and commercial agreements
• JD or equivalent and admission to at least one state bar

Nice To Haves

• Experience drafting and negotiating intellectual property, manufacturing, and supply agreements
• Experience with product counseling, consumer law, and product regulatory issues
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to advise and build relationships with executive management, teammates, and cross-functional partners
• Strong analytical skills and business sense with the ability to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways
• Self-starter who is curious and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
