Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or related field.
5+ years of experience in L&D, Talent Management, Organizational Development, or Human Resources, including HR Generalist or HR Business Partner.
Experience administering enterprise Learning Management Systems (UKG Learning preferred).
Strong project management, communication, analytics, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice To Haves

Manufacturing or multi-business enterprise experience.
SHRM-CP or PHR certification.
Vendor management and learning technology implementation.

Responsibilities

Lead UKG Learning administration, governance, configuration, reporting, and continuous improvement.
Deliver operational excellence by administering programs such as Ethics & Compliance, Gibraltar Leadership Program, Leader Labs, and future leadership initiatives.
Manage learning vendors, assessments, and external content providers.
Measure learning effectiveness using dashboards, analytics, and ROI metrics.
Research AI-enabled learning, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to continuously improve the employee learning experience.
