Senior Leadership and Org Development Coordinator
About The Position
The Senior Coordinator for Leadership & Organizational Development supports enterprise-wide development initiatives through reporting, analytics, and operational support. The role partners with Leadership & Organizational Development leaders to design and maintain reporting infrastructure, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to improve program performance. The position also manages data requests, creates dashboards, supports budgeting, and coordinates contracts and invoices. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, skilled in data analytics, and able to translate complex data into clear recommendations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- At least 3 years of experience required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain reporting and analytics solutions for Leadership & Organizational Development programs.
- Analyze data to identify trends, process improvements, and operational efficiencies.
- Manage incoming requests for metrics and content, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Support budgeting processes and assist with contract coordination and invoice processing.
- Create presentations and communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.
- Provide program operations and session coordination support.
