About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Treasury Management Consultant to join the Global Payments and Liquidity team within Enterprise Functions. The role manages and supports a Middle Market Treasury Management portfolio across Charlotte, North Carolina, serving as a strategic partner to clients and internal stakeholders. It provides trusted advice to senior leaders, leads complex treasury solutions and enterprise initiatives, and offers vision and guidance on strategic objectives. The consultant also leads projects and teams, mentors peers, and serves as a subject matter expert. The position has a hybrid work schedule and may require travel up to 40% of the time. It is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

Requirements

• 7+ years of Treasury Management Sales experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, education.
• Ability to travel up to 40% of the time.
• This position is not eligible for Visa Sponsorship.
• Compliance policies may apply to outside activities and/or personal investing; affected employees must provide information to the Wells Fargo Personal Account Dealing Team and follow applicable policy requirements if hired.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support a Middle Market Treasury Management portfolio across Charlotte, NC, serving as a strategic partner to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Advise senior leadership and influence Treasury Management Consulting objectives and long-term strategic goals.
• Lead the development and execution of solutions for highly complex business and technical challenges spanning multiple lines of business.
• Drive large-scale, innovative initiatives requiring advanced analytical thinking, cross-functional coordination, and deep subject matter expertise.
• Provide vision, direction, and guidance to leadership on implementing impactful, enterprise-wide treasury solutions.
• Lead Treasury Management Consulting projects and teams, mentor peers, and serve as a subject matter expert.
• Collaborate with professionals and leaders at all levels across the organization to align priorities and drive results.
• Execute applicable risk programs and follow Wells Fargo policies and procedures, fulfilling risk and compliance obligations and escalating and remediating issues as appropriate.
