About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Treasury Management Consultant to join the Global Payments and Liquidity team within Enterprise Functions. The role manages and supports a Middle Market Treasury Management portfolio across Charlotte, North Carolina, serving as a strategic partner to clients and internal stakeholders. It provides trusted advice to senior leadership and helps shape Treasury Management Consulting objectives and long-term strategy.

The consultant leads the development and execution of solutions to highly complex business and technical challenges across multiple lines of business. The role also drives large-scale initiatives, provides guidance to leadership on enterprise-wide treasury solutions, and leads consulting projects and teams while mentoring peers and contributing subject matter expertise. The position has a hybrid work schedule and may require travel up to 40% of the time. It is not eligible for visa sponsorship. Applicable policies may require disclosure of outside activities or personal investing.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of Treasury Management Sales experience, or equivalent experience demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
• Extensive experience working with middle market companies.
• Strong knowledge of treasury solutions, products, and services, including liquidity management and payment strategies.
• Ability to build partnerships through collaboration, relationship management, and communication.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience with complex deal structuring and pricing strategies for treasury products.
• Proficiency in analyzing financial statements and cash flow patterns to recommend solutions.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards affecting treasury management.
• Ability to influence senior executives and decision-makers, internally and externally.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a record of delivering innovative solutions.

• Provide vision, direction, and guidance to leadership on implementing impactful, enterprise-wide treasury solutions.
• Lead Treasury Management Consulting projects and teams, mentor peers, and serve as a subject matter expert.
• Collaborate with professionals and leaders across the organization to align priorities and drive results.
• Follow applicable risk programs, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements; escalate and remediate issues as appropriate.
• Travel up to 40% of the time.
