Senior Lead Treasury Management Consultant
About The Position
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Treasury Management Consultant to join its Global Payments and Liquidity team within Enterprise Functions. The role manages and supports a Middle Market Treasury Management portfolio across South Florida, serving as a strategic partner to clients and internal stakeholders. It provides trusted advice to senior leadership, shapes consulting objectives and long-term strategic goals, and leads solutions to highly complex business and technical challenges across multiple lines of business. The consultant drives large-scale initiatives requiring advanced analysis, cross-functional coordination, and deep subject matter expertise; guides leadership on enterprise-wide treasury solutions; and leads projects and teams while mentoring peers. The position has a hybrid work schedule and may require travel up to 40% of the time. It is not eligible for visa sponsorship. Specific compliance policies may apply to outside activities and personal investing.
Requirements
- 7+ years of Treasury Management Sales experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, education, or a combination of these.
- Ability to travel up to 40% of the time.

- Lead Treasury Management Consulting projects and teams, mentor peers, and serve as a subject matter expert.
- Collaborate with professionals and leaders at all levels to align priorities and drive results.
- Follow applicable risk and compliance programs, policies, and procedures; escalate and remediate issues as appropriate.
