About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Treasury Management Consultant to join the Global Payments and Liquidity team within Enterprise Functions. The role manages and supports a Middle Market Treasury Management portfolio across South Florida, acting as a strategic partner to clients and internal stakeholders. It serves as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and provides direction on Treasury Management Consulting objectives and long-term strategic goals.

The consultant leads the development and execution of solutions for complex business and technical challenges across multiple lines of business. The role drives large-scale initiatives, provides vision and guidance on enterprise-wide treasury solutions, and leads projects and teams while mentoring peers and serving as a subject matter expert. The position has a hybrid work schedule and may require travel up to 40% of the time. It is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

Requirements

• 7+ years of Treasury Management Sales experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, education.
• Ability to travel up to 40% of the time.
• Ability to comply with applicable policies regarding outside activities and personal investing, if hired.

• Drive large-scale, innovative initiatives requiring advanced analytical thinking, cross-functional coordination, and subject matter expertise.
• Provide vision, direction, and guidance to leadership on implementing impactful, enterprise-wide treasury solutions.
• Lead Treasury Management Consulting projects and teams, mentor peers, and serve as a subject matter expert.
• Collaborate with professionals and leaders at all levels to align priorities and drive results.
• Follow applicable risk programs, Wells Fargo policies, and procedures; fulfill risk and compliance obligations; and escalate and remediate issues appropriately.
