About The Position

Guardian is seeking a Senior Lead Financial Analyst to serve as a Client Solutions & Wealth Management (CSWM) subject-matter expert in financial and business analytics. The role sets the analytical agenda for Park Avenue Wealth Management (PAWM) and Guardian Wealth Partners (GWP), delivering insight into margin, profitability, and performance to inform capital allocation, pricing, client service, and growth decisions. Working with mastery-level expertise and little day-to-day oversight, the analyst provides recommendations and business cases to CSWM and enterprise leaders and contributes to the functional strategy for Finance’s partnership with the business. The position leads financial planning and analysis for PAWM, including planning, forecasting, management-reporting P&L, and analysis of channel economics at the channel, client, and producer levels. It develops ROI frameworks and financial models for investment decisions, budgeting, driver-based and long-range planning, and leads complex analytical initiatives with significant risk and cross-functional dependencies. The analyst communicates findings and recommendations to senior leaders, advises and mentors colleagues, and helps shape how the team uses data, AI, and automation to evolve from reporting toward strategic partnership. This is a hybrid role requiring three days per week in a Guardian office in Hudson Yards, NYC; Holmdel, NJ; Bethlehem, PA; Pittsfield, MA; or Boston, MA, and two days working from home. The listed base salary range is $132,420 to $217,545. The role may also be eligible for annual, sales, or other incentive compensation.
