About The Position

Coordinates and supports the system financial team by providing actionable information, including analysis, reporting, and pro formas, to support operational and strategic decision-making. Provides analytical and consultative support to departmental and service line management and key stakeholders. Analyzes diverse data sets, including financial, operational, clinical, and economic data, to support strategic and operational decisions. Interprets financial and other information on costs, prices, expenses, revenues, and clinical and operational measures to make recommendations to senior management. Develops analyses of economic indicators to prepare forecasts and assess the organization's short-, medium-, and long-term position. Provides technical support on complex analysis and may informally lead team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 3 years of relevant financial or operational analysis experience.
• Analytical experience working with complex data sets.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and applications.
• Strong Microsoft Excel experience required.

Nice To Haves

• Degree in Finance or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in the healthcare industry.
• Relational database experience.
• Financial or operational modeling experience.
