As the Senior Lead - B2B Marketing, Run Specialty, you will drive the strategic marketing direction for National Run Specialty Key Accounts and the Regional Run Specialty and Outdoor channels, ensuring On remains the most sought-after brand on the footwear wall. You will shape a comprehensive channel strategy that balances the scale of national retail powerhouses with the bespoke, community-first needs of local running shops. Reporting to the Head of B2B Marketing, North America on the Brand Experience team, you will lead a dedicated pod to deliver hyper-local activations and tiered support strategies that accelerate commercial sell-through while safeguarding our premium positioning.
