About The Position

An iconic accessories brand is seeking a Senior Key Account Manager to lead its key department store business. This role oversees the full lifecycle of major wholesale accounts, ensuring strong commercial performance, seamless execution, and sustained, profitable growth. The Senior Key Account Manager will drive sales strategy, manage account performance, and serve as the primary liaison across internal teams. This is a highly analytical and relationship-driven role that requires strong commercial acumen, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced wholesale environment. This role is fully in-office.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
  • 7+ years of experience in retail buying, wholesale account management, or a related field
  • Established relationships with key department store partners including Dillard’s, Macy’s, and other major accounts
  • Strong proficiency in retail math and financial analysis
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Highly organized with excellent time management and attention to detail
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills with experience working cross-functionally across teams
