Senior Java Developer
About The Position
We are seeking a Senior Java Developer with solid banking industry experience, specifically in Transaction Banking. This role will involve working on two key projects: a Virtual Account Management project enabling clients to create and manage virtual accounts via a self-service platform, and an ERP API Integration project allowing commercial clients to connect their ERP systems to MUFG for automated payment processing. The technology stack for both projects primarily involves Java Spring Boot and API-based platforms. The Virtual Account Management project is currently on-premise with a planned cloud migration and will initially support Wire and ACH payments, with future expansion to other instruments. The ERP API Integration project will focus on integrating with various ERP systems like SAP, Oracle ERP, and QuickBooks, supporting Wire and ACH transaction types.
Requirements

- 10+ years of experience

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Java Spring Boot applications for virtual account management and ERP API integration.
- Design and implement API-based solutions for client-facing platforms.
- Integrate with Oracle databases and other ERP systems (SAP, Oracle ERP, QuickBooks).
- Support Wire and ACH payment processing, with potential for future payment instrument integration.
- Participate in cloud migration planning and execution for the Virtual Account Management project.
- Collaborate with vendors for ERP connector selection and integration.
