About The Position

We are seeking a Senior Java Architect with extensive experience in software development and a strong focus on Java technologies. This role involves designing and implementing complex enterprise Java applications, with a particular emphasis on microservices, distributed systems, and modern cloud-native architectures. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Generative AI concepts and their integration into enterprise systems.

Requirements

• 12+ years of software development experience.
• Strong expertise in Java (Java 17/21+).
• Proficiency in Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and Spring Security.
• Experience with Microservices and Distributed Systems.
• Experience with REST APIs.
• Experience with Kafka/Kafka Streams and Debezium CDC.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, KEDA, Istio/Linkerd, and Argo CD/GitOps.
• Experience with React.js, TypeScript/JavaScript.
• Experience with Generative AI, LangChain4j/Spring AI, RAG, and AI Agents.
• Experience with MCP integration with enterprise Java applications.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

• Design and architect robust, scalable, and high-performance enterprise Java applications.
• Develop and implement microservices using Java 17/21+, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and Spring Security.
• Build and maintain REST APIs for seamless integration between services.
• Implement and manage distributed systems leveraging technologies like Kafka/Kafka Streams and Debezium CDC.
• Deploy and manage applications using Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, KEDA, Istio/Linkerd, and Argo CD/GitOps.
• Integrate Generative AI capabilities, including LangChain4j/Spring AI, RAG, and AI Agents, into enterprise Java applications.
• Ensure secure integration of MCP with enterprise Java applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the overall technical vision of the team.
