CA$90,000 - CA$110,000Hybrid

About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Systems Specialist to administer, maintain, and improve our IT and OT environment while providing reliable support to end users, partners, and customers. You will support networks, servers, cloud services, Microsoft 365, endpoint management, firewalls, remote access, backups, and IT assets across hybrid on-premises and cloud platforms, with a focus on Azure, Intune, Entra ID, and Microsoft 365 administration. Beyond keeping systems stable and secure, you will automate routine tasks, maintain clear documentation, and contribute to infrastructure projects as the business grows. The successful candidate is a hands-on technical professional who combines strong infrastructure, cloud, and support capabilities with ownership and a continuous improvement mindset. They take accountability for outcomes, drive issues to resolution, learn new technologies quickly, and constructively challenge inefficient processes. Comfortable working across IT, operations, vendors, and business stakeholders, they don't just maintain systems; they find opportunities to improve reliability, strengthen security practices, and help the organization scale.

  • Working awareness of OT/ICS environments and the need to balance availability, safety, security, and operational continuity in industrial technology settings.
  • Strong troubleshooting, communication, documentation, problem-solving, prioritization, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • This role may require occasional after-hours or on-call support for critical system events, planned maintenance, service interruptions, or urgent operational needs.
  • Work in a hybrid environment and attend the office or operational sites as required.
  • Participate in scheduled maintenance windows, system upgrades, and infrastructure change activities outside regular business hours when needed.
