About The Position

Ensures the maintenance of software and hardware; implements new or updated software modules. Ensures that support is provided for all end-user equipment including, desktop, laptop, printers, scanners and hospital equipment. Ensures that service level commitments and deliverables are met.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support audiovisual operations for live events, webinars, meetings, broadcasts, and hybrid collaboration environments
  • Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot AV systems, including audio, video, camera, and streaming technologies
  • Provide technical support for Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and other collaboration platforms, ensuring a seamless user experience
  • Manage livestreaming and production workflows for internal and external events, maintaining high-quality audio and video standards
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams and vendors to deliver successful events, technology projects, and operational improvements
  • Perform PC hardware/software support, system diagnostics, documentation, and preventive maintenance of AV infrastructure.
  • Train and mentor users and support staff on AV equipment, collaboration tools, and best practices
  • Installs, configures, and tests client workstations and related hardware and software.
  • Diagnoses and resolves all hardware and software issues across a range of devices, including desktops, laptops, printers, iPads, and scanners.
  • Recommends, plans, and implements performance upgrades to PC boxes, including but not limited to installing hard disks, ribbon cables, hard drives, motor boards, memory chips, and CD-ROMS.
  • Collaborates with lead technicians and supports service line operation initiatives and program development.
  • Assists with the implementation of IT strategies.
  • Maintains current knowledge of system(s) information, changes, updates and emerging technologies.
  • Escalates issues between applications and other interfaced systems and infrastructure and assists with investigation and resolutions.
  • Provides hands-on support and training to end users.
