About The Position

The AES Group is looking for an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead strategic software development programs, drive operational excellence, and deliver enterprise-scale initiatives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This role involves leading large-scale software development programs through the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), driving program planning, execution, tracking, governance, and successful delivery of strategic software initiatives. The position requires developing and maintaining project roadmaps, schedules, communication plans, and governance processes, as well as managing project risks, dependencies, issues, resource planning, and delivery milestones. The Senior Program Manager will also build scalable operational processes that improve execution and cross-functional collaboration, partner with Product Management, Engineering, Platform, UX Design, and Research teams, and influence stakeholders and cross-functional teams without direct reporting authority. Facilitating decision-making, removing delivery roadblocks, and providing executive-level status reporting are key aspects of this role, which requires thriving in ambiguous environments while maintaining a strong execution and delivery focus.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
8+ years of Program or Project Management experience.
Minimum 6 years leading large-scale Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) programs.
Proven experience delivering enterprise software development programs from initiation through production.

Responsibilities
