About The Position
We are looking for an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead and deliver IT projects using Agile, Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and Waterfall methodologies.
Requirements
- Active PMP certification.
- Documented project risk management experience.
- Experience as PM of Record for a Commonwealth Category 1 or 2 project valued at $5M+, or a non-Commonwealth project valued at more than $10M.
- Strong IT project management and Agile/Scrum experience.
Nice To Haves
- Commonwealth PM certification and SAFe experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage projects from planning through successful delivery.
- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, and milestones.
- Lead Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Standups, Retrospectives, and Demos.
- Work closely with senior leadership, business teams, Product Owners, vendors, and technical teams.
- Track project progress, risks, costs, and team metrics.
- Remove project blockers and promote continuous improvement.
