Senior IT Project Manager / Scrum Master
About The Position
ZipStaff is hiring an IS Senior Project Manager / Scrum Master to support Marketing, Loyalty and Payments for a well-known U.S. outdoor apparel and retail company. Working under minimal supervision, this person plans, directs and coordinates large, long-term, inter-departmental infrastructure and development projects to meet goals on time and within budget. The role serves as Scrum Master for agile teams and manages data and cloud projects from planning through delivery. Project status is reported to stakeholders, and projects are managed within prescribed timeframes and budgets. The position is based in Freeport, Maine, with a hybrid schedule of four days per week on-site at headquarters and one day working from home. Remote candidates will also be considered. This is a six-month W2 contract.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior IT Project Manager and/or Scrum Master on large, cross-functional projects.
- Recent, real-world agile project management experience.
- Strong experience managing data and cloud projects.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with marketing, loyalty or payments systems.
- Retail industry experience.
- Scrum or PMP certification.
