Senior IT Program Manager
About The Position
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior IT Program Manager to lead IT transition activities for Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and divestiture projects. This role involves managing infrastructure, systems, applications, and data migration/separation efforts. The ideal candidate will coordinate work across various departments including IT, HR, Finance, Legal, and Operations, proactively identify risks, resolve issues, and ensure projects remain on track. This position requires leading meetings, providing updates to executive leadership teams (ELT), and ensuring smooth business operations during organizational transitions. The Senior IT Program Manager will be responsible for driving timelines, managing project plans, and overseeing stakeholder communication.
Requirements
- Strong experience managing M&A or divestiture projects
- Experience with IT infrastructure and system transition projects
- Ability to work across multiple business departments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Executive-level presentation and leadership abilities
- Strong problem-solving and project management skills
- Ability to work CST/CT business hours
