About The Position
Lead IT transition activities for M&A and divestiture projects. Manage infrastructure, systems, applications, and data migration/separation efforts. Coordinate work across IT, HR, Finance, Legal, and Operations teams. Identify risks, resolve issues proactively, and keep projects on track. Lead meetings and provide updates to executive leadership teams (ELT). Ensure smooth business operations during organizational transitions. Drive timelines, project plans, and stakeholder communication.
Requirements
- Strong experience managing M&A or divestiture projects
- Experience with IT infrastructure and system transition projects
- Ability to work across multiple business departments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Executive-level presentation and leadership abilities
- Strong problem-solving and project management skills
- Ability to work CST/CT business hours
