About The Position

As a Senior IT Program Manager within ENGIE North America Digital Supply, you will lead a portfolio of complex, cross-functional programs aligned to business priorities and operational goals. You will oversee multiple concurrent initiatives from intake through delivery, partnering with stakeholders to define requirements, manage schedules, track progress, and identify risks early. You will drive alignment across teams, ensure consistent communication with leadership, and maintain visibility into program performance to support informed decision making. Your role will focus on delivering programs on time and within scope while improving efficiency, strengthening governance, and supporting long-term business outcomes.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Technical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • A minimum of five (5) years of Project Management, IT solution delivery, Agile concepts and practices in a related field.
  • A minimum of three (3) years of Retail Energy Industry, IT Product Management/Owner or related field.
  • Working knowledge of waterfall project management methodologies and their application across program delivery.
  • Demonstrated leadership with a track record of driving change and delivering results.
  • Strong understanding of technology and product management practices, with the ability to engage effectively across technical and business teams.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach to working across cross functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Work with Director, PMO to establish and maintain key PMO policies and guidelines. Subsequently, ensure all downstream PMO resources (product owners, scrum masters, etc.) are executing and implementing per those principles and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on pipeline of incoming project requests, prioritization of those requests, and the grouping or categorization of project requests into programs.
  • Coach and mentor project managers to upskill their skillsets to prepare them for future growth opportunities.
  • Develop and execute on key program activities: project schedules, program financials, budgets; and high level resource planning.
  • Escalate potential program risks to the Director, PMO to ensure delivery of programs are not delayed or significantly impacted.
  • Design and deliver predictable program communication plans in collaboration with program stakeholders, including targeted communications by stakeholder type.
  • Determine phasing and metrics associated with each program lifecycle that effectively address continuous improvement for the business addressing both near- and long-term objectives.
  • Determine and collect data required to execute and govern programs effectively.
  • Independently maintain project trackers and status reports.
  • Identify and execute on program tasks including proactively managing escalated dependencies, risks and issues.
  • Build trusted relationships with program stakeholders, including managing expectations of program stakeholders and ensuring they have the insights they need to make effective decisions.
