Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in product ownership, product management, business analysis, or a related technology role.
Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and enterprise technology delivery.
Proven ability to manage stakeholders, establish priorities, and drive business outcomes.
Excellent communication, analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Define and maintain the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and release priorities.

Gather and translate business requirements into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Own and manage the product backlog, balancing business value, risk, cost, and technical feasibility.
Lead backlog refinement, sprint planning, product demonstrations, and user acceptance testing.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, customer-focused solutions.
Monitor product performance, adoption, stakeholder satisfaction, and business outcomes.
Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and effective change adoption.
