The Senior IT Business Analyst - SAP HR will be responsible for investigating incident tickets, problems, and change requests. This role involves recommending business best practices, proposing value-added solutions through contextual analysis, and advising internal clients on selecting appropriate solutions. The analyst will gather business, functional, and non-functional requirements, participate in planning and effort estimation, and contribute to workshops for solution design. Key responsibilities include translating business requirements into functional specifications, documenting development/configuration specifications, and configuring SAP HCM modules such as OM, PA, TM, and PY. The position also requires documenting system configuration, contributing to solution validation documentation (integration testing), and documenting prerequisite tests for solution deployment. The analyst will also identify, write, execute, and document test cases with the internal client. Most changes will be implemented in SAP HCM ECC6, addressing topics within HR-PT-PY, including collective agreements, bonuses, employee benefits, Cat2 validations, quota bank rules, PT schemas and PCRs, calendar maintenance, and LSMW/SECATT script creation.
