About The Position

As a Senior IT Analyst, you will be the anchor of our support operations and a strategic technical resource for our employees and clinical teams. Your mission is to deliver a reliable, considerate, and secure technology experience while acting as a proactive partner to the broader business. You are an independent thinker who thrives in ambiguity, capable of diagnosing complex issues across endpoints, identity, networks, and collaboration platforms. Beyond day-to-day troubleshooting, you will build cross-functional bridges—such as partnering with our teams to optimize workflows—and champion data security best practices. While you bring high-level strategy and expertise, you also have a servant-leadership mindset: you are never afraid to get into the weeds to help anyone and mentor team members when volume is high.

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of experience in IT support, IT operations, or service desk leadership within a SaaS/cloud-first environment.
  • Proven leadership skills, including mentoring junior staff and cross-functional partnership experience, particularly with People/HR on user lifecycle workflows.
  • Strong technical diagnostic skills with a hypothesis-driven approach, capable of isolating issues across client, network, authentication, service, and data layers.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise environments (Mac/Windows), networking (HTTP/DNS), security principles (SSO, SAML, OAuth, HIPAA awareness), and CLI fluency.
  • Experience in process improvement and governance, including change/control practices, maintaining audit-ready artifacts, and leveraging data to drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the top-tier technical expert to resolve complex issues across endpoints, identity, networks, and core business applications, documenting root causes and scalable solutions.
  • Maintain strong security and compliance across all IT workflows, applying data security principles (e.g., MFA, least-privilege access) and ensuring all records (tickets, assets, changes) are audit-ready.
  • Mentor junior team members, providing guidance and stepping in to handle frontline support during high-volume periods.
  • Drive process improvement by proactively collaborating with departments (e.g., automating People team's onboarding/offboarding) and tracking support KPIs, while maintaining scalable SOPs/knowledge articles.
  • Must be available for core hours: 8:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m. PT, with occasional after-hours support for priority incidents.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
